The congress hotels are located at the Wyndham Hotel (five-star) and the Ramada Hotel (four-star), which are adjacent to each other. The main venue is in the five-star building, while the sub-venues are distributed across both hotels.
Due to the peak summer travel season and the convenient transportation of the congress hotels, the hotels are in high demand. Please fill in your accommodation preferences at your earliest convenience. There is a risk of no rooms available in the congress hotels if you book after June. As the hotel has a limited number of king-size beds available, if you are open to booking a standard room (twin room), we would appreciate it if you could make a reservation for the standard room first.

Price includes breakfast. For each room, 1 person staying with single breakfast, 2 people staying with double breakfast.

Visa
Visa invitation letter
If you require a Visa invitation letter, please submit your application through the congress registration system (https://acch2025.scimeeting.cn/en/reg/info/27670) The congress will submit the list of international participants to the relevant foreign affairs departments in mid-April. After approval, the Visa invitation letters will be issued collectively.
