If you require a Visa invitation letter, please submit your application through the congress registration system (
https://acch2025.scimeeting.cn/en/reg/info/27670). The congress will submit the list of international participants to the relevant foreign affairs departments in mid-April. After approval, the Visa invitation letters will be issued collectively.

According to the latest information, as of 2025, China has implemented a unilateral visa-free policy for citizens of certain countries, allowing them to enter China without a visa under specific conditions. Here is the relevant information:
Unilateral Visa-Free Policy
Eligible Countries: At present, China has a unilateral Visa-free policy for holders of ordinary passports from the following 38 countries:
Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland.
Asia: Brunei, South Korea, Japan.
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand.
Duration of Stay: Visa-free entry allows for a stay of up to 30 days.
Scope of Application: This policy applies to entry and exit ports on mainland China.
Bilateral Visa-Waiver Agreements
China has also signed visa-waiver agreements with the following 27 countries, allowing citizens from these countries to enter China visa-free, usually for a stay of up to 30 days, with a cumulative stay not exceeding 90 days:
Europe: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, San Marino, Serbia.
Asia: Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Maldives, Qatar, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates.
